Ragi atta (finger millet flour)

Ragi atta (finger millet flour) is a nutrient-dense, gluten-free flour rich in calcium, fibre and essential amino acids. It helps strengthen bones, supports digestion and provides sustained energy. Known for its earthy flavour and natural goodness, ragi atta is ideal for rotis, porridge and wholesome traditional recipes.

Take 2 cups of water and add a pinch of salt (optional). Boil it and gradually mix 2 cups of flour (atta) to create a firm dough. Divide into small portions and gently roll into rotis using dry flour if required. Cook on a pre-heated tawa on medium heat until both sides are evenly cooked. Serve hot with vegetables, dal or curd.
